Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go

Account deletion is permanent

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All your progress, achievements, unlocked characters, and subscription benefits will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information (email, name, avatar)
  • Learning progress and completed lessons
  • Quiz scores and XP
  • Unlocked characters and gems
  • Streak history and achievements
  • Notification preferences and settings

Before You Delete

  • Cancel your subscription first: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription
  • No refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund
  • Data recovery: We cannot restore your data after deletion

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Seedoria app on your device
  2. Go to Profile tab (bottom right)
  3. Tap Personal Information
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete My Account
  6. Your account will be deleted immediately

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

Cancel Your Subscription

Remember to cancel your subscription separately:

iOS (Apple)

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Seedoria → Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play)

Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Seedoria → Cancel
